The first one we ordered broke. My granddaughter thought she had rubbed it too hard. (We gave it to her as a Worry Angel to help with her worries and anxieties.) It is dainty, but I think this particular one may have been a little weaker than normal. I reached out to Alpasian and he sent a replacement, no charge. Couldn't ask for better response to a problem and service. He answered all of my inquiries right away and was on top of the process the whole way. And by the way, it comes very well packaged in a wooden box placed inside a sheer gift bag. Lovely.
