I am so very impressed with both the quality and beauty of the item and the professional and caring customer service of the seller when I ran into a hiccup with the original item. The included jewelry box is also top notch quality and crafted wonderfully; it even smells nice, like a campfire! Took a little bit to ship so be sure to order with plenty of time since it is a custom made item. Definitely worth the wait though, it came in a really pretty wooden box with a mini bouquet of pressed flowers on top (think palm sized, maybe smaller). The quality is very nice, you can tell the person making these puts a lot of effort into each piece. I definitely would purchase from this store again.
