Item shipped within specified time frame. Excellent packaging. Upon receipt of item seller messaged me asking if item is alright and if I'm happy with it to leave a review. I replied to seller basically telling them that I didn't think item matched picture. I sent side by side pics. Seller's pic shows the stone more prominently and item received has a thicker gold rim. Normally, I would have let it slide and chalk it up to a bad purchase but seller specifically asked. "Is everything alright?" It has been almost 4 weeks with no response.
