Update: My original response to the seller must have gone to someone else by mistake. The seller has reached out to me and is going to take care of my issue. Based on this I must give this seller a high rating for standing behind what they sell Jim One earring is broken and I reached out to the seller but no response. Also these are much smaller than they look online. Almost look like child earrings
