    Beautiful ring - exactly as described and high quality, especially at this price point.

    My package was lost twice. I ordered this ring for my wedding. (I let the seller know it was for my wedding). Seller expedited a new one which arrived 2 days before the wedding day. I ordered a 1 1/2 US size, they sent a 10 1/2 instead. Could not use at all since it was significantly bigger than what i ordered & paid for. It took multiple messages after the delivery to get a replacement sent. 2 weeks has passed now without the replacement which they told me was on the way. Very disappointed in this service & bummed i didn’t have this ring for my ring exchange for the wedding. Hoping the seller replies to my message about a refund…
